The Mystery of the Disappearing Democrats

The hunt for the misogynists and racists who gave Trump the 2024 election is on, but are folks looking in the right places?

A strange thing happened on the way to the 2024 election: about 11 million Democrat voters didn’t bother showing up.

As I write this, the popular-vote count (in round numbers) is:

• Trump: 72,000,000

• Harris: 68,000,000

Here are the official counts from 2020:

• Trump: 74,224,319

• Biden: 81,284,666

We may therefore safely presume something startling: Trump will have won in 2024 with about the same number of votes with which he lost in 2020. To put it another way: The reason for Harris’ loss is due to Democrat voters who didn’t show up.

Now that’s pretty amazing, considering that all the pundits on The View, the late-night talk-show hosts, and pretty much everyone else in Democrat Wonderland is vitriolically blaming misogyny and racism for the result. But who are the misogynists and racists?

Let’s for the moment take the Democrats at their word that Biden’s 81M votes in 2020 were legitimate. Let’s also project that the final popular-vote totals for 2024 will look something like this:

• Trump: 74,000,000

• Harris: 70,000,000

This means that Harris will have garnered about 11M fewer votes than Biden did in 2020. There are two possible extremes that would explain this, assuming mostly the same population voting in both elections:

1. 11M people who voted Democrat in 2020 simply didn’t bother to vote in 2024.
   

2. 11M of the Democrats who voted for Biden in 2020 didn’t like what they got and switched. To keep Trump’s total the same, this would then require that 11M Republicans who voted in 2020 didn’t show up this time.

The reality is probably somewhere between the two. Either way, this is pretty damning for the folks who are hunting down the misogynists and racists:

• In case #1 (above), there are 11M Democrat voters who became misogynists and racists who responded by not voting at all, or
  

• In case #2, there are 11M Democrat voters who became misogynists and racists who responded by voting for Trump. This then required that there were 11M fewer Republican misogynists and racists, who responded by not voting at all.

Either way, this doesn’t look good for the Democrats. In all scenarios we have 11M Democrats who have clearly lost their way, and in one scenario we also have 11M Republicans who have reformed and become properly Woke, perhaps on Kamala’s very advice. How can this be?

COVIDians to the rescue!

I have a simpler explanation. The USA has a lot of people who aren’t very bright. Democrats understand this perfectly, and they design their messaging to appeal specifically to this group.

The 2020 election occurred at the height of the COVID terror. There was no “vaccine”, there was no cure, and the whole population was being terrorized daily by the mainstream media. Trump was promising a fix, but the population was in hysterics. They wanted someone to save them yesterday.

One of the downfalls of having a not-too-bright electorate is that many people believe that the U.S. president is responsible for all major events. For example, people attribute the behavior of the stock market directly to the president, and unfortunately presidents (including Trump) tend to capitalize on this and take credit themselves. My theory is that on election day in 2020, over ten million of this contingent, people who ordinarily wouldn’t vote for anything, showed up because Trump hadn’t managed to fix the COVID problem in almost a year, and they were desperate in their belief that a change - any change - in the White House would save them and make COVID go away. And so, we got four years of Biden/Harris.

Even darker

The Deep State despises and fears Trump. By 2019 its operatives had decided to get rid of him – but how? In the absence of change, Trump would likely be winning a second term as the most popular president in history.

Cue Dr. Anthony Fauci, who incredibly was already working with the Chinese Communists to develop bioweapons. Why? Well, there are international treaties and U.S. laws against such activities. Fauci was certainly aware of these, and knew that it would be much easier to conduct such research without public scrutiny in a thoroughly closed society. Cue Communist China, where nobody outside or even inside really knows what’s going on. So in 2014 he moved his operations to Wuhan. He must have realized that in return for privacy, he was handing over his bioweapon technology to our most dangerous enemy.

Our Deep State has a long history of conducting psy-ops both here and elsewhere, so it probably wasn’t a huge stretch for federal agencies to imagine that they could oust Trump by conducting biological warfare against our own population. But this strategy works only one way, because the Deep State has no power to suddenly make huge, good things happen. In 2020 they could oust the incumbent by creating a disaster, but in 2024 they couldn’t come up with a way to keep Harris in the White House.

How soon we forget

How could we already have forgotten the atmosphere of terror and insanity surrounding the 2020 election? The pundits seem to be wondering what happened to voters between 2020 and 2024, but this is absurd because there is really no equivalence in these elections. My theory is simple: Trump was swept out of office by COVID hysteria, and in 2024 he’s been ushered back in by an absence of hysteria.

It is a feature of our divided society that elections are being decided by relatively small factions of people who can be whipped into irrationality via the creation of contrived issues. Because of our political disunion, the 2020 election was flipped by a bunch of folks who believe that you can stop a virus with a homemade face mask, analogous to stopping gnats with a chain link fence. Think about that the next time someone tries to convince you that “diversity is our strength”.
